“ It used to be quite good, but my last order was really poor. Chicken tikka tasted different, meat wasn't tender as usual and they even forgot to pack the rice. Maybe it's time to try some other place... Update: They seem to gone back to usual quality since so 4 stars from me. Update 2024: Not sure what's changed here lately, but food is better than ever. “ From my own experience the food is nice from the Indian Gate and very tasty, they are not overly expensive with a good meal for one not costing more than €25 including the delivery! I have no memory of ever having a bad take away from them over the many years that they have been open! I said to my self that I should give them a well deserved positive feedback after so many years of delicious takeaways! Today was the chicken Buna with how special rice and garlic nan bread with a bottle of Coca-Cola, it was a delicious Indian curry dinner with my compliments to the chef ”

“ You can get really great kebabs here! I love their mixed kebabs as they spice their meats really well. The naan bread is wonderful and the sauce they use is super delicious. Their chips are nicely done and not salty which gives you the option of adding your own salt and dipping them into a favoured dip. The portion is a good size so you feel totally full after a lovely kebab meal ”

“ Iv lived in Ireland for 3 years and never ordered an Indian because when I go back to Birmingham, England I know I get a good curry. But I had a craving and decided to try india gate. I was not disappointed! The saag was so fresh not greasy. The lamb was so soft and the veg and mushroom rice was packed with flavour. Arrived quickly and the driver was very pleasant. Thank you for a lovely meal! ”
